K type thermocouple: Nichme-nickel-silicon thermocouple in the temperature measuring area above 500℃ the largest amount, the positive KP chemical composition is: Ni:Cr≈90:10, the negative KN chemical composition is: Ni:Si≈97:3, its use temperature range is -200 ~ 1300℃, with good linearity, thermoelectric motive force is large, high sensitivity, stability and uniformity, oxidation resistance.

N-type thermocouple: Ni-CrSI-Ni-Si-magnesium thermocouple positive electrode NP chemical composition is Ni: Cr: Si≈ 84.4:14.2:1.4, negative NN chemical composition is Ni: Si: Mg≈ 95.5:4.4:0.1, the use of temperature range of -200 ~ 1300℃. N-type thermocouple has the advantages of larger thermoelectric motive force, higher sensitivity, better stability and uniformity, strong oxidation resistance, and is not affected by short range ordering, and its comprehensive performance is better than K-type thermocouple. N-type thermocouples cannot be used directly at high temperatures in sulfur, reducing or reducing, oxidizing atmosphere and vacuum, and are not recommended for use in weak oxidizing atmosphere.

J-type thermocouple: iron-copper-nickel thermocouple also known as iron-Constantan thermocouple. The chemical composition of the positive JP is pure iron, and the negative JN is a copper-nickel alloy, also known as Constantan, with a chemical composition of copper: nickel ≈ 55%-45% and a small but very important amount of cobalt, iron, manganese and other elements. Although also known as constantan, but unlike nichro-Constantan and copper-Constantan, Constantan cannot be replaced with EN or TN. The J-type thermocouple covers the measuring temperature range of -210 ~ 1200℃, and the temperature range usually used is 0 ~ 750℃. It has the advantages of good linearity, high thermoelectric motive force, high sensitivity, good stability and uniformity. It can be used in vacuum, oxidation, reduction and inert atmosphere, but the positive iron oxidizes faster at high temperatures, so the use temperature is limited, and it can not be directly used in the vulcanization atmosphere without protection at 500℃ high temperature.

Type E thermocouple: Nichro-copper-nickel thermocouple, also known as Nichro-Constantan thermocouple, positive EP Nichro-10 alloy, chemical composition is the same as KP, negative EN copper-nickel alloy, chemical composition is 55% copper, 45% nickel and a small amount of cobalt, manganese, iron and other elements. The operating temperature of the thermocouple is -200~900℃. The E type thermocouple has the most electromotive force and high sensitivity of all thermocouples, and measures small temperature changes. It is not sensitive to corrosion in high humidity atmosphere and is suitable for high humidity environment. Type E thermocouple also has good stability, oxidation resistance is better than copper-Constantan, iron-Constantan thermocouple, can be used in oxidizing atmosphere, but can not be directly used in high temperature sulfur, reducing atmosphere, thermoelectric uniformity is poor.

T-type thermocouple: copper-copper-nickel thermocouple, also known as copper-Constantan thermocouple, its positive electrode TP is pure copper, negative electrode TN is copper-nickel alloy, also known as Constantan. It is common with nichro-Constantan EN and not with iron-Constantan JN, although both are called Constantan. The measuring temperature range of copper-copper-nickel thermocouple is -200~350℃. T-type thermocouples have good linearity, large thermoelectric motive force, high sensitivity, good stability and uniformity, especially in the -200~0℃ temperature zone, better stability, because the positive copper oxidation resistance at high temperatures is poor, so the use of temperature limit is limited.

The function of the thermocouple compensation wire is to extend the hot electrode, that is, to move the cold end of the thermocouple, and to connect with the display instrument to form a temperature measurement system. The operating temperature is -25~200℃. Our products are KX type, NX type, EX type, JX type, TX type, SC/RC type, KCA type, KCB type, WRENC type thermocouple with compensation wire, used in various temperature measuring devices and cables.

Each type of thermocouple can be insulated, can provide supporting wire card.
